Overview
On 15 September 2025, the Secure Communities Forum (SCF) hosted a powerful virtual workshop addressing the intersection of People of Determination (PODs) and human trafficking. Dozens of participants from across time zones joined to engage with international experts, law enforcement officials, and advocates.
The session highlighted the heightened vulnerabilities faced by People of Determination in the context of trafficking and explored strategies for more inclusive protection, prevention, and response frameworks.
